摘要
循环流化床锅炉炉内受高浓度床料冲刷、磨损影响,水冷壁管壁厚减薄,泄漏或爆管事件频繁发生。防磨梁技术是目前循环流化床锅炉采取的一种主动防磨措施,保证锅炉长周期安全稳定运行,同时延长了炉内喷涂防磨周期,综合效益突出。
        The circulating fluidized bed boiler is affected by high-concentration bed material flushing and wear, and the wall thickness of the water-cooled wall tube is thinned, and leakage or squib events occur frequently. Anti-wear beam technology is an active anti-wearing measure adopted by circulating fluidized bed boilers to ensure the safe and stable operation of the long-term cycle of the boiler, and at the same time prolong the anti-wear cycle in the furnace, and the comprehensive benefits are outstanding.
