摘要
SNCR(选择性非催化还原脱硝技术)因系统简单,投资低,已被广泛应用于废液焚烧烟气处理中,氮氧化物的脱除效率可达50%左右,在设计时需综合考虑反应温度、停留时间、混合情况、氨氮摩尔比对脱硝效率的影响,选择合适的喷枪布置位置,分梯度在不同的位置布置以满足不同负荷下的脱硝要求。同时喷枪要保证良好的雾化效果。对于烟气中氮氧化物浓度较高的废液,再辅以其他脱除技术(SCR等),分阶段脱除,最终方可满足排放要求。
        SNCR(selective non-catalytic reduction denitrification technology) has been widely used in waste liquid incineration flue gas treatment because of its simple system and low investment. The removal efficiency of nitrogen oxides can reach about 50%. In the design process,the effects of reaction temperature, residence time, mixing condition and ammonia-nitrogen molar ratio on the denitrification efficiency should be considered comprehensively. The suitable position of spray gun should be selected and gradients should be arranged in different positions to meet the denitrification requirements under different loads. Meanwhile, the spray gun must ensure good atomization effect. For the wastewater with high concentration of nitrogen oxides in flue gas, it can be removed by stages with other removal technologies(SCR, etc.) and finally meet the emission requirements.
