摘要
随着城市建设和发展,河流对城市的影响越来越大,是人类赖以生存的重要水源。水环境面临着城市发展所带来的一系列污染问题。多因子是影响水环境的重要因素,是典型的多指标决策问题。为了更好地体现水质评价中对各项指标占总体的权重问题和水质在时空的变化关系,在计算权重时,采用改进的熵值法取代一般的主观权重法,体现了公平且适度的原则。再采用改进的TOPSIS模型对上海市苏州河流域1994—2003年水质监测数据进行了多断面、连续时间样本的水质综合评价。其结果表明该方法计算简捷、科学,结果合理。
        With the construction and development of cities,the influence of rivers on urban life is growing,and the river is an important water source for human survival. The water environment faces a series of pollution problems brought about by urban development. Multifactor is an important element affecting the water environment and is a typical multi-indicator decision-making problem. In order to better reflect the weighting of various indicators in the water quality assessment and the relationship between water quality and time and space,in the calculation of weights,the improved entropy method reflecting the principle of fairness and moderation is applied to replace the general subjective weight method. The improved TOPSIS model was used to evaluate the water quality on samples taking at multiple sections of the Suzhou River Basin in Shanghai during continuous time period from 1994 to 2003. The results show that the method is simple,scientific and reasonable.
