摘要
建筑废弃物再生利用是建筑可持续发展的必然要求。建筑废弃物的特征内在规定了建筑废弃物再生利用产业链运行过程的内部自我认知、内部资源能力、外部制度环境和外部市场环境所涉及的社会责任履行机理。基于我国企业社会责任履行的整体、局部和发展视域考量,生产者责任延伸制依然适合建筑废弃物再生利用产业链的社会责任履责过程,建筑废弃物再生利用产业链的物质循环、价值循环、行为循环的集成统一决定了建筑废弃物再生利用产业链运行过程中的各方主体的社会责任。
Recycling of construction waste is an inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of buildings. The characteristics of construction waste inherently define the internal self-cognition, internal resource capacity, external institutional environment and external social environment fulfillment mechanism involved in the construction process of the construction waste recycling industry chain. Based on the overall, partial and development perspectives of corporate social responsibility performance in China, the producer responsibility extension system is still suitable for the social responsibility responsibility process of the construction waste recycling industry chain. The integration of material recycling, value recycling and behavioral cycle of the construction waste recycling industrial chain determines the social responsibility of all parties involved in the operation of the construction waste recycling industrial chain.
