13月龄养殖齐口裂腹鱼形态性状与体质量的关系

摘要
为探讨齐口裂腹鱼(Schizothorax prenanti)形态性状对体质量的影响,随机选取172尾13月龄养殖齐口裂腹鱼,测定其体质量(Y)以及全长(X_1)、体长(X_2)、体高(X_3)、体宽(X_4)、眼间距(X_5)、头长(X_6)、头高(X_7)、头宽(X_8)、吻长(X_9)、尾柄长(X_(10))、尾柄高(X_(11))和躯干长(X_(12))等12个性状,采用相关分析、通径分析和多元回归分析进行数据分析。相关分析结果表明,除齐口裂腹鱼的眼间距外,其他11个性状与体质量的相关性均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);通径分析结果表明,通径系数达到显著水平的有体长、体高、体宽、吻长和尾柄长5个形态性状,其中体长对体质量的直接作用最大;决定系数分析结果表明,体长的单独决定系数(0.369)最大,体长、体高、体宽、吻长和尾柄长的共同决定系数总和为0.925,与通径分析结果一致;多元回归分析结果表明,建立的以体质量为因变量,体长、体高、体宽、吻长和尾柄长为自变量的最优回归方程:Y=-166.052+9.378X_2+18.727X_3+7.419X_4+12.658X_9-4.742X_(10)。综上,齐口裂腹鱼的体长对体质量的直接作用最大,以体长、体高、体宽、吻长和尾柄长建立的最优回归方程可提高齐口裂腹鱼优良个体选择的准确性和高效性。
        To explore the effect of morphological traits on the body mass of Schizothorax prenanti,and 172 13-month-old cultured Schizothorax prenanti were randomly selected.Measuring total length(X_1),standard length(X_2),body height(X_3),body width(X_4),interorbital distance(X_5),head length(X_6),head height(X_7),head width(X_8),snout length(X_9),caudal peduncle length(X_(10)),caudal peduncle depth(X_(11)),trunk length(X_(12)) and body mass(Y) of Schizothorax prenanti,and the datas were analyzed by correlation analysis,path analysis and multiple regression analysis.Correlation analysis results showed that the correlation coefficients between each morphological trait and the body mass all reached a very significant level(P<0.01) except interorbital distance.The path analysis indicated that there were five morphological traits,such as standard length,body height,body width,snout length and caudal peduncle length which reached very significant level(P<0.01).Among them,standard length had the greatest direct effect on body mass.The results of determinant coefficients analysis revealed that standard length had a predominant determinative effect(0.369) and the total determinant coefficients of standard length,body height,body width,snout length and caudal peduncle length was 0.925.And the result of determinant coefficients analysis was consistent with that of path analysis.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the optimal regression equation with body mass as the dependent variable,and standard length,body height,body width,snout length,caudal peduncle length as independent variables was Y=-166.052+9.378X_2+18.727X_3+7.419X_4+12.658X_9-4.742X_(10).In summary,the standard length of Schizothorax prenanti has the greatest direct effect on body mass,and the optimal regression equation established by standard length,body height,body width,snout length and caudal peduncle length can improve the accuracy and efficiency of the selection fine individual of Schizothorax prenanti.
