摘要
In this paper, on the basis of a detailed survey of esophageal cancer, the environmental geology survey in some places of the Longyou area where esophageal cancer is of high incidence was completed by the methods of exclusion, contrast, and recourse. It is shown that the parent soil materials belong to Cretaceous limnetic facies sediments. Further research shows that soil viscosity and heaviness cause slower water flow and higher nitrite contents in the wells, which seems to be the main cause for the high incidence of esophageal cancer in the study area.
