摘要
The commercial application of dipole shear wave and muhipole acoustic log provides important information for oil reservoir exploration. On the basis of analyzing the response features of the wave in fracture well-developed formation, thin-interbeds, lithological interfaces and hole-size elongated intervals, the formed mechanism of the wave is figured out. At the same time, the reasonable interpretations upon the response characteristics for special geological phenomena have been presented.
