摘要
Based on combing out the ages and properties of dozens of ophiolite mélange belts in northern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and Tianshan-Xing’an-Mongolian orogenic belts, the authors propose that China landmass group is a land chain which distribute between Paleo-Asia Ocean and Tethys during Paleozoic combined with the study on the restoration of Paleozoic paleogeography. Today’s Tianshan-Xing’an-Mongolian orogenic belt is the result of interaction of Paleo-Asian Ocean and landmasses with different characteristics, a part of Paleo-Asian tectonic domain. Qinling-Qilian-Kunlun orogenic belt is the product of interaction of Tethys and China ancient landmass group, belong to Tethys tectonic domain.
