This paper deals with geological background, ore-bearing stratigraphy, ore-control structure, magmatic rock, metamorphism, ore-body characteristics, ore mineral and chemical compositions, occurrence of associated elements and REE and ore criteria for the Qingshuigou REE deposit in Mianning， Sichuan Province.
