In the central region of ace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Zhangjiakou, ace w:st="on">aceName w:st="on">HebeiaceName> aceType w:st="on">ProvinceaceType>ace>, the geological background is quite complicated, and the tectonic movement is multi-periods. Taking five geochemical elements (Pb, Zn, Ag, Au, Cu) of Longguan area in southern Zhangjiakou region as an example, the authors study the fractal characters of the five geochemical elements by fractural method, and then determine the geochemical thresholds. Subsequntly, according to the geological background of research region, the reasonable explanation for the anomalies is reasoned out. Finally, compared with traditional average method, the effects of different geochemical elements by factual method are summarized.
