摘要
Based on the data of the world large earthquakes, the geomagnetic report and the chart drawing by the FHD digital magnetometer, the relationship between the magnetic index K, the magnetic storms and the earthquakes is analyzed. The paper discussed a rule that when index K<5, the possibility of magnetic storms’ happening reduced; whereas, the index K≥5, the possibility of magnetic storms’ happening increased. According to the professors’ study on the contrast between the simulative records and the digital records, the data recorded by the two different magnetometers are basically consistent.
