摘要
Compared with log interpretation and evaluation of conventional reservoirs, that of shale gas reservoirs is much more complex. Through two years of tracking studies and in combination with core analysis and formation test data, we collected methods of calculating the key parameters of shale gas reservoirs such as TOC, adsorbed gas and free gas contents, brittleness index, etc., then established the criteria for qualitative evaluation of shale gas, and programmed an interpretation and processing software for shale gas reservoirs. These qualitative evaluation criteria are as follows: the intervals with abnormal high gamma ray have high contents of organic materials and absorbed gas; the intervals with low nonuranium gamma ray have a low content of clays but a high content of brittle minerals; the intervals with welldeveloped fractures and pores are high in content of free gas; the intervals with high sonic value, low density and high resistivity have a high content of organic materials and high gas saturation; and the intervals with resistivity below 10 Ω·m have a high content of clays and low gas saturation, thus have no potential of gas production.
