The detection limit of the method are As 1.0 ug /g, Sb 0.2 ug/g, Bi 0.1 ug/g, Cd 0.05 ug/g, T l0.1 ug/g, In 0.01 ug /g; The precision are As 8.36%, Sb 7.17%, Bi 7.60%, Cd 7.39%, T l7.13%, In 6.76%; determined the six elements of As、Sb、Bi、Cd、Tl、In which in national standard matter GSD-1～GSD12 by this way, the result are in line with the standard value or reference.
