In order to study the geoelectrochemical anomaly features in cold plateau areas, the Xinqu and Zhajiatongna mines are selected in the comparative test. The results show that Au contents are lows, and anomalies are narrow and cannot be merged into a zone. The distribution of ore body is limited in the geoelectrochemical anomaly areas. The anomalous features are different in the two mines. In Xingqu mining area, anomaly is steep unimodal, and the peak of the modal is on the top of the deposit. It shows that the geoelectrochemistry is effective to show the extent and occurrence of the ore bodies. Combined with the mechanics of geoelectrochemistry and the geological condition of the ore-forming, the respecting model is established in the landscape of cold plateau.
