As the core of the geopark construction, the conservation of geologic heritages has increased in its importance and urgency along with intensification of research on tourism geology and improving of geopark construction. The author has engaged in the summarizing work of conservation of geologic heritages in Huguan Canyon National Geopark during recent years, and, on the basis of systematic classification of conservations of geologic heritages and analyzing the present situation in conservation of geologic heritages in the Geopark, aiming at seeking out problem and deficiency and establishing scientific countermeasure and method to achieve health and continual development of the geopark.
