Multi-Information-Based Metallogenic Prediction of Skarn-Type Copper Polymetallic Deposit in the Middle Segment of Nanjing-Zhenjiang Mesozoic Magmatic Belt

In the middle segment of Nanjing-Zhenjiang Mesozoic magmatic belt, the copper polymetallic deposits are dominated by contact metasomatic type. Based on the geological environment and metallogenic regularity the logical-information method is used to extract multi-metallogenic prediction information of skarn-type cooper polymetallic ores. With this method and comprehensively analyzing the favorable degree of geological metallogenetic conditions, intensity and scale of geophysical-geochemical anomalies, development degree of circular structure, intensity and scale of RS-interpretation alteration, the favorable positions of mineralization are determined, and the key prospecting target area of skarn-type copper deposits in the study area are also delineated. Finally, the potential of the key prospecting target area is discussed in detail.
