On Iron Mineral Resources Potential Analysis in Liaoning

摘要
Liaoning was an important province in China for its abundant iron ore resources,which played a role in economic development. In recent years,with the gradual depletion of surface mineral resources,iron ore exploration work tended towards the direction of exploring deep deposit. Based on a middle and large scale geological and geophysical prospecting data of Liaoning Province,according to different mineral predicted types,with in predicted work areas and predicted depth in the whole province,using geological parameters volume method to estimate potential iron minerals,the author delineated the assessment working areas,analyzed important ore concentrated areas,and the result would give suggestions decision makers to make iron exploration decisions.
