Junggar Basin is a typical negative element which is accompanied by deep burial and complex tectonic activity.The test analysis on homogenization temperature distribution of fluid inclusion shows that the hydrocarbon accumulation period of Jurassic reservoir is defined clearly.Combined with the analysis of tectonic evolution,the relationship of hydrocarbon accumulation process and tectonic evolution is determined in hydrocarbon accumulation key period.The results show that the Jurassic Sanngonghe Formation reservoir has been existed at least 2-period hydrocarbon charging during geological period and the petroleum generation is closely related to oil and gas injection in the key period at the end of Early Cretaceous or early Late Cretaceous to Paleogene.Tectonic evolution simulation results indicates that the critical period is in the basin of North and South after abdomen tilt and the prospective oil and gas pools in most parts have no tuning or destruction basically.
