In this paper, the authors investigated the geologic hazards along S331 in Luoyang city particularly, and found seventeen geologic hazard of dilapidation, five landslides geologic hazard, eight instability slopes and seventeen crags. The geologic hazards destroyed roads, farming lands, houses and puts residents’ lives and property in danger. The paper analyzes in detail forming mechanism of geological hazard and puts forward corresponding preventing countermeasure.
