Times New Roman">1∶250, 000-Scale Regional Geologic Map Spatial Database is building on the base of the newest Standard for Digital Geologic Map and Spatial Database, the geodatabase model, the classical one of spatial database model at present, which supports object-oriented vector data. In this model, entities are represented as objects class and feature class. This model defines the relationships between features classes, objects classes, or between both of the features classes and objects classes by relationship class. By researching on the relationships between spatial granularity, description granularity, semantic granularity, storage granularity and division technology, the model realizes the geologic map data model irrelevant to the scale.
