The Laogou Au deposit in Zhouqu, Gansu Province lies in the Bailongjiang anticlinorium among the Yangtze plate, the Songpan-Garzê fold zone and the Sino-Korean plate. The deposit is controlled by stratigraphical horizon, structure and dike. This paper deals with geological features, geophysical and geochemical conditions as well as genetic type of the deposit.
