摘要
It’s usually thought that bauxite orebody thickness has positive correlation with ore thickness,and the bauxite orebody can formed in the area where the thickness of ore is more than 5m.But in Damachang area of Zhijin,bauxite deposit isn’t found although the thickness is more than 5 m. Therefore,it’s thought the mineralization of bauxite is not only has positive correlation with ore thickness,but also has deep relation with basement lithology and ancient landform. The suggestions for bauxite exploration are given.
