Land-use pattern is an important affect factor to sustainable use of soil, but soil clay mineral is an important active substances, and is easily affected by land-use patterns.In order to reveal the influence of land use pattern on clay minerals, this paper studied the physical and chemical properties of black soils and XRD data of clay minerals under the different land-use patterns. The results showed that under using of the wasteland, dry-land (soybeans), dry-land (corn) and paddy field, the weathering of soil mineral particles enhanced,but contents and crystallinities of illite decreased. After the paddy field using, the evolution sequence of black soil clay minerals is: mica→ illite → vermiculite → chlorite.
