摘要
High power and composite frequency power supply is the necessary electrical signal source of the shallow earth exploration. This paper focuses on a kind of use of SCR BT151(Thyristor)as the main inverter device through the rational selection of L /C energy storage device range thresholds, and research and design a set of stable performance, complex frequency DC inverter circuit. It provides a research base for the electrical prospecting equipment using the high-power SCR device. The circuit design results have been successfully applied in the some projects of national 11th five years plan.
