///The wastes increase rapidly with the development of industrializations and cities, while the disposal place is so difficult to find. The optional disposition mode of Chinese future waste combining with the experience review of land reclamation in port of Osaka in Japan is discussed. Inspiration from the phoenix plan in port of Osaka in Japan, filling the sea with the waste is a good way, which can solve the waste disposal problem and form the new land. But when we make land reclamation with the waste, the authors have a good program, and should select reasonable place, and then should sort the waste before dispose is filled, and should strengthen the examine and approve when the wastes enter into the disposal place, and should zone to dispose according to the different character of waste, and should take strict measures to protect the sea environment.
