Quality Monitoring Technique for Integration of Seismic Data Processing and Interpretation
In order for processed seismic data to meet the need of seismic data interpretation in imaging precision, resolution and amplitude preservation, the integrated studies for seismic data processing and interpretation are needed, the key issue for that is the quality monitoring of the main links in the studies. The major studies were carried out as below: 1) based on the near-offset interpreted horizons for the reference markers, the time difference testing for middle to far offset stacking data were conducted; 2) by comparing the new and the old data and judging the clearness of fault imaging on the coherent volume and time slices to monitor the imaging quality; and 3) the full wave CRP gathers are used to analyze if the similarities exist for the AVA features of the markers and the major target zones, so the authors can judge if the migration processing is relative amplitude preserved
