///In this paper, the acute toxicity, cytotoxicity, molecular toxicology and genotoxicity of heavy metals on sea shellfish are reviewed. It isalso discussed the possibility of using sea shellfish to monitor marine environment and the prospect of taking the antioxidant enzymes as designated object of heavy metal pollution degree.
