摘要
Based on the previous researches, this paper systemically analyzed the fault lateral sealing of main fault-blocks of Jinxian1-1E and Jinzhou25-1 oilfields through using the methods of lithology juxtaposition and clay smear. Then, several blocks were found in these oilfields, which accumulated huge hydrocarbon. The result shows that the lateral sealing of fault is poor, the hydrocarbon accumulation is a little or none. Otherwise, the hydrocarbon accumulation was in a large scale when the hydrocarbon accumulation was good. The analytical technique of lateral sealing of fault has been successfully applied in Liaodong Bay.
