摘要
Due to the impact of the Wenchuan earthquake on the geological and climate conditions in the southern Gansu, two torrent rains occurred in 2008 and 2009, causing severe landslides and mud-rock flows. This paper analyzes the geo-environmental changes and the upper-sky currents of the rains to reveal the causes, and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
