摘要
The method for determination of soil organic matter was improved and discussed from the way of digestion,digested temperature and time,removing the interference factors etc.The improved process was examined by national standard materials of soil(GBW07406,GBW07427,GBW07428,GBW07430) and the second level referenced standard materials of soil(GRD40-13) prepared by laboratory,the measured values are in agreement with the standard values.RSD(n=12) of the test results of GBW07402,GBW07424 are:2.02% and 0.73%.The correction coefficient of oxidation(K) of this method is 1.00.
