摘要
Mengxi porphyry copper deposit located in the Qiongheba area, eastern Junggar was a new discovered low-grade middle-big porphyry copper deposit associated with granitic and dioritic porphyries emplaced at early Devonian. New geological, geochemical and geophysical datas indicate that the ore-bodies in the Mengxi copper deposit were pitched northwestwards. The geochemical and geophysical datas also show that there was a big abnormity at the north area of district. It was suggested that the big abnormity was most possible a good potential target for buried copper deposit.
