The technique of prestack depth migration is the main measure to resolve the high-precision imaging problem of complicated geological structures at present, the imaging effects are determined by the accuracy or not of the velocity model in the depth domain. Usually the accurate velocity model is not obtained by the modeling method of interpreting the velocities along the stratigraphic structures at the times of extra complicated structures and non- reason horizon interpretation, therefore the modeling method of refreshing the velocity in the depth domain by tomographic inversion is developed. The method can make use of the migration imaging data to calculate the informations of the residual error curve and stratigraphic dip, iterate and refresh the location and configuration of the reflecting horizons, and finally obtain the accurate velocity model. The case history shows that the modeling technique by to- mographic inversion velocity is feasible.
