The Aimujin Mo-Au polymetallic deposit, situated in the northeast region of Boluohuoluo region in Xinjiang, is a new metallogenic region with great potential of mineral prospection. The deposit of MoA-u ore -body is strictly controlled by NE fault and the biotite granite and intruded into Baixinde group stratum .The Mo-Au polymetallic deposit developed in three mineralization stages. They are late magmatic, hydrothermal and Supergene enrichment, with the metallogenic characteristics of magmatic hydrothermal type .In author's collec-tion of molybdenites from different orebodies, through the isotope determination of molybdenites Re-Os, accu-rate isochrones age is found (302.4 ±2.4)Ma, MSWD=0.75.The result shows that the deposit formed in the late carboniferous, and related to the intrusion function of biotite granite.
