摘要
The Laoyingping Au deposit is confined to the middle of the Devonian Weiguan Group. The stratoid orebodies occur in secondary intraformational ruptured zone of the Laoyingping fault. The wallrock alteration is limonitization, hybridization, arsinopyritization, carbonation, silicification and sericitization. The ore fluids were hot brine. The Au deposit is an epithermal fine-disseminated one. The deposit was formed by cycle of the hot brine with extracting ore material and discharge in favorable structural site.
