It is recognized that the composite intersection part of NE trending Zhenghe-Dapu fracture zone with SN trending Xiangpucheng-Songkou fracture zone controlled ore forming small rock group, based on the analysis on the ore controlling condition of the Jukou molybdenum deposit in Naping County, Fujian Province. It is stressed that the superposition of SN trending structure provided passage and space for ore bearing and the second level tectonic structure controlled the distribution and scale of the ore occurrence. Mica granite, the ore controlling parent rock, is rich in silicon, alkali and potassium, and lower in calcium and magnesium favorable for molybdenum mineralization. The characteristics of the deposit (as well as orebody) were summarized in the paper with an analysis on county rock alteration and the prospecting priority and indicators.oft-com:office:office" />
