In this paper, it summarizes and analysis the basic characteristics of “three rare” elements deposit in Guizhou Province, divides the “rare three” elements deposit into 3 genesis: sedimentary, hydrothermal solution and magmatism and 9 types, discusses the resource potential of different deposit. It’s thought the “three rare” elements deposit of sedimentary and hydrothermal genesis is the exploration key point. The “three rare” elements resources potential evaluation of the advantageous deposits is a good way to discover the pangenesis(associated) “three rare” elements deposit, it’s also the times demand for economic society and environment friendly society construction.
