摘要
In order to eliminate the environmental effects and make potential re-use of drilling waste, the research on high strength stabilization/solidification of drilling waste was carried out using modified magnesium oxychloride cement. The mass ratios of composition were optimized in solidifying systems, and the hydrate products composition and microstructures were analyzed in bonding material and solidified drilling waste by XRD test and SEM graph. The leaching toxicity was also evaluated. The results show that the mass ratios of added materials greatly affect the compressive strength of solidified drilling waste. The specimen with the optimum ratio of added materials could yield high compressive strength, which was 38 MPa (14 d). The leaching toxicity meet the requirements of national environmental standards. The drilling waste treated has a high compressive strength and environmental compatibility. The solidified drilling waste is as high as 65.7%.
