According to the base-level cycles and accommodation changes, two grades base-level cycles are identified in Third Member of Funing Formation of Sha 7 block in Shanian Oilfield, among the rest, the upward-shallowing non-symmetry and symmetry of three basic structure types of the short-term base-level cycles are mainly developed. Based on the identification of base-level cycles, the Third Member of Funing Formation is divided into three medium-term base-level cycles and seventeen short-term base-level cycles. The regional high-resolution sequence stratigraphic framework of the Third Member of Funing Formation is established using cycle isochronous correlation technology. This study is conductive to intensive geological studies such as the reservoir quality prediction and detailed description of reservoir structure.
