摘要
Mandula area is situated at Damaoqi-Bainaimiao Cu-Au polymetallic mineralization zone.Paleozoic and Mid-Cenozoic strata are mainly exposed and faults strikes mainly NE,NW and near WE.Late Variscan magmatic rock is dominant.Porphyry,hydrothermal and volcanogenic massive sulfide copper deposits occur in the region.The copper deposits are mainly located in Upper Carboniferous Benbatu formation and Lower Permian Dashizhai formation and controlled by NW and near EW faults.They are closely related to Late Variscan magmatism.Therefore,the EW-trending Upper Carboniferous-Lower Permian volcanic-clastic-carbonate rock series are the target for further prospecting and Late Variscan magmatic rocks and their contact zones with enclosing strata are important prospecting mark.
