libri" size="3">Baliersi iron deposit is located in Maizi Basin of the south margin of Altay orogenic belt. The orebodies are hosted in the metamorphosed volcaniclastic-sedimentary rocks of the Upper Silurian- Lower Devonian Kangbutiebao For- marion. The orebodies are largely concordant with the bedding of the strata, and the wall rocks are amphibolite, granulite and leptite. Abundant skarn minerals as garnet, diopside, amphibole, epitote, chlorite are widely distributed around the orebodies. LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating of zircon from the amphibolite in the No.2 orebody wall rock of Baliersi iron deposit has been carried out in this study. The results show that the weighted average ~libri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-font-family: calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin">'libri" size="3">~6PbF~U age of the 32 zircon grains is libri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-font-family: calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin">(libri" size="3">385~ 1.6libri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-font-family: calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin">)libri" size="3"> Ma libri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-font-family: calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin">(libri" size="3">MSDW= 1.2libri; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: 宋体; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-hansi-font-family: calibri; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin">)libri" size="3">.
