     libri" size="3">In the upper Doushantuo formation is develops a set of siliceous rock in Songlin area, Gui zhou province. The siliceous rock consists mainly of siliceous shale, concretion rich siliceous rock, phosphorus siliceous rocks and siliceous concretion. In A1-Fe-Mn discrimination diagrams value of the siliceous rock fall in biogenic region II. The value of MnO/TiO2 ratios is in range of 0.01 to 0. 1, All these imply a strong influence of terrestrial supply source. Combined with analysis of lithofacies paleogeography and li- thologic associations the siliceous rock should be deposited in semi-deep to deep retention-reduction envi- ronment of continental shelf at margin of oceanic basin. Influenced by bio-chemistry SiOe-rich sediment was differentiated during diagenesis and SiO2 was gathered together and eoagulatreded into rock. In the anadiagenesis stage, it experienced obviously recrystallization and metasomatism.
