摘要
Earthquake shocking inevitably bursts and shatters mountainous slopes. Because rock cracks (fractures) open and propagate influenced by earthquake, mountainous slope becomes the dangerous cracked slope. For such slope, the crack is the cutting and slip boundaries that control the slope failure. In this paper, limit analysis upper bound method is applied to analyze stability of specific cracked slope induced by Wenchuan earthquake in prospective of crack propagation, water inflow in crack and earthquake. The calculation reveals the variation of slope stability influenced by precipitation and earthquake in the process of crack propagation. This study provides a theoretical basis for evaluation and engineering protection of such cracked slopes.
