摘要
Microbial prospecting technology for oil and gas (MPOG) is characterized by low cost, simplicity, convenience, and low ambiguity. It can be based on anomaly detection of micro-organisms, can be evaluated and forecast oil and gas underlying the existence and nature of possession. Thus it is possibly suitable for this field. This is based on abnormity of micro-organisms, combined with regional geological data, drilling and logging, etc., the authors having carried out an analysis of micro-organisms in an anomalous region of the Shengping oil field of Daqing area, and delineation of an obvious anomalous zone. At last, in the main premise of microbial abnormalities, combination of fault area, geological features, as well as the deployment of the studied region, two evaluation-controlling wells were planned and drilled in the studied area.
