摘要
Chiwawu complex granite in southern Fuping of northern Taihang Mountain can be divided into 3 rock units from central to the edge zone, from porphyritic, granodiorite, granodiorite to quartz diorite. This paper reported SHRIMP U-Pb data of boundary zone of Chiwawu granite complex is determined at 134.0 Ma and 139.8 Ma, and they are older than the age of boundary zone of Mapeng granite complex of 125.0 Ma. These results further indicate that Mesozoic magmatic events in Eastern China and Eastern Asia become younger from SW to NE. And also, the study can provide evidence for the hypothesis that northern Taihang mesozoic magma activity is related to paleopacific ocean plate subduction.
