Huiyang deposit at Dinajiate island in Philippines is a medium-large size residual lateritic Ni-Cr deposit. Cr2O3 grade of the raw ore is 〉2.5 %. The content of muddy materials is high and mass of the laterite is not easily broken. Investigation on the spot shows that on basis of the local landscape, abundant water source and cheap labor force the ore washing technology of digging the ore-transporting trench in accordance with the natural slope-laying out wood slice to wash the ore with the water flow-coarse concen- trate going into double screw washer for further deslimn the coarse ore moving out of washer top to go to slice and recovering the coarse ore-the fine ore moving out of washer bottom-removing tailing with spiral slice-classifying the ore with shaking table-recovering the fine of the ore is determined.
