The newly discovered altered rock-type copper-polymetallic deposit in the rock body of Tangzi’ao depression zone is formed under alkali-rich and oxidization setting. K-feldspar is one of the prospecting marks. Multi-metal elements can be comprehensively recovered. The deposit is special in alteration zoning, i.e.: the alternated K-feldsparization and epidotization that may be related to episodic hydrothermal fluid pulses. By quantitative calculation of altered rock and ore samples, the authors find out the migration laws of the constant elements and the main ore-forming elements and their associated elements, which provide a basis for prospecting in the future.
