The stratum of P. celloni Zone is mainly present in the middle-upper parts of the Shenxuanyi Member of the Ningqiang Formation, with limited distribution. The upper limits of the Xiushan Formation on the Yangtze Platform are diachronous. The age of the limestone bed at the uppermost part of the Shamao Formation at Yanglin, Zigui County, Hubei, should be early Telychian, within the late P. eopennatus Zone, or possibly up to P. a. angulatus Zone. It seems advisable that Rongxi and Majiaochong formations be assigned to Aeronian rather than Telychian.  refix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
