Based on the lithogeochemical and interdisciplinary research methods, this paper described the processes of lithogeochemical data processing and data analysis with the thinking of a geochemist, and designed a rational and effective algorithm. According to the data features and analyses of the two-variable and three variable plots, the data for calculation were subdivided into related parameter calculation of major and trace elements, standard mineral calculation and some associated calculations. Finally, this paper developed a geochemical plots mapping system that achieved the automation of data management, graphic selection, plots calculation and graphic rendering.
