摘要
The legend is the language system of the map, which reflects the knowledge to the entity and the classification system. With all methods to realize it, generally, the authors focus on the display of symbolization but ignore the conception which hidden behind the data. This paper is drawing the legend based on the ArcGIS which on the desk of Fishnet and store the data in the geodatasets that not only can realize the integrate of the symbolization and conception organically, but also can achieve the secondary development of the legend, which made it not an end but as a means for prioritizing new mapping.
