Study on Metallogenic Model and Ore Exploration of Porphyry Deposits in Sanjiang Metallogenic Belt

Based on the systemic analysis of regional mineralization, three metallogenic settings were regulated, and three metallogen- ic models were established, they were metallogenic model of porphyry deposit on Indosinian in island-arc-subducted orogenic setting, metallogenic model of porphyry deposit on Yanshan Epoch in post-orogenic extension setting and metallogenic model of porphyry deposit on Xishan Epoch in an intra-continental transformation orogenic setting. The exploration model for porphyry deposit in the Sanjiang met- allogenic belt were summarized on the research of regional metallogenic model of porphyry deposit and typical ore deposits. Based on the regional metallogenic model of porphyry copper deposit, exploration model for porphyry copper deposit in Sanjiang metallogenic belt was summarized. On the basis of exploration model research, five metallogenetic targets were delineated, and nineteen exploration targets were delineated by weights of evidence modeling.
